​​​​These are the words that describe the culture and working relationships cultivated within the classroom producing  the quality of the work you see here. ​With a firm commitment to independent learning and abiding to working practices that will equip skills that transfer to industry, my ethos is to support students in generating and developing their own ideas and learn value experience through problem-solving. A professional teacher/lecturer with over 12 years experience in education of delivering Media Production and Film Studies courses past students have gone on to secure highly competitive apprenticeships at the BBC, courses Ravensbourne, and employment with independent production companies. ​​​​​​​
